Men’s Bodybuilding
Required Suit: Bodybuilding Male Posing Trunks (mandatory).
Judging Criteria
One round (group comparison) + possible individual posing routine. Judging based on symmetry,
muscularity, definition (conditioning) and stage presence.
Round 1 — Symmetry of Proportion
Competitors stand erect with feet together, arms at sides, shoulders & head facing front.
Judges assess proportional balance of opposite body parts (shoulder caps to arms to calves;
chest to quadriceps; upper torso taper to waist/hips). Competitors will make quarter turns to
the right on command to show overall balance from all four sides.
Round 2 — Muscularity, Definition & Separation
Mandatory poses performed on command. Judging focuses on muscularity/size, shape, fullness and
density. Definition evaluates distinct muscular detail separating muscle groups while retaining
mass and fullness; an overly stringy/runner look is not acceptable.
Mandatory Poses
Front Double Biceps
Front Lat Spread
Abdominal and Quadriceps
Side Chest
Side Triceps
Back Double Biceps
Back Lat Spread
Individual Posing Routine
Maximum 60 seconds (some events 30s). Competitors must provide posing music at registration on a
labeled USB. No cell phones.
Men’s Physique
Required Suit: Board Shorts (No Elastic Waist Band).
Two rounds in group comparison. Judged on symmetry, muscularity, definition (conditioning) and
stage presence. Men’s Physique features less muscular mass than Bodybuilding.
Round 1 — Symmetry
Competitors take the “Physique Stage Stance” and perform quarter turns to the right while lower
torso is exempt from judging. Symmetry criteria same as bodybuilding.
Round 2 — Muscularity, Definition & Separation
Competitors perform mandatory poses (note: Front Lat Spread and
Crab/Most Muscular are NOT allowed). Judging similar to bodybuilding but with
less emphasis on mass.
Mandatory Poses / Presentation
Facing judges — quarter turns as directed (right → back → right → front)
Favorite Physique Pose (optional)
NOT ALLOWED: Front Lat Spread, Crab/Most Muscular
Individual Posing — T-Walk or I-Walk
T-Walk: back center → front center → left marker → right marker → center stage →
display back pose.

Failure to follow markers may incur deductions.

Required Suit: Classic Physique Posing Trunks.

demonstrate balance and aesthetic from all sides.
Round 2 — Muscularity, Definition & Separation
Mandatory classic poses and physique poses performed on command. Judged on muscularity, shape,
fullness and density. Definition must show separated muscle groups while maintaining mass —
overly stringy conditioning is not acceptable.

Women’s Bikini / Figure
Required Suit: Two-piece decorative suit (V-shaped bottom; no thongs). High
heels and jewelry permitted.
One comparison round. Judged on symmetry, shape, complexion, skin tone, pose and overall
presentation. Female competitors should exhibit a V-taper and shapely symmetrical figure with
less muscular mass than Women’s Physique.

→ front → side). Time allowed: approx. 10 seconds. No lewd acts; arms should not be held
awkwardly (no bent wrist/elbow poses).

Judges score on balance and shape, overall physical appearance including complexion, skin tone,
pose and presentation.

Required Suit: Swimwear.
Judges evaluate pose & coordination, skin tone, artistic presentation, elegance, personality
and glamour. This division is not bodybuilding — competitors should not flex to emphasize size.
Two equal rounds: swimsuit (quarter turns) and a fitness routine (max 90s) demonstrating
strength, flexibility and endurance. Props allowed (not required). Scores tabulated across
rounds.
